We are seeking an experienced esthetician to join our facial skincare studio in the heart of Madison, WI! This is an exciting growth opportunity for someone looking to advance in the skincare, aesthetics, and wellness industry. What you’ll do.

Ensure safe, effective, and high-quality delivery of facial treatments and services, upholding regulatory standards

Perform skincare enhanced services such as hydrodermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning and others within skill set and expertise
Offer expert consultations and guidance for all skin types and various skin concerns
Maintain documentation and records of client treatments and preferences
Ensure consistency and excellence in treatment procedures
Provide best-in-class, customized facials and treatment enhancements following established brand protocols
Support members and guests skin care goals by explaining, recommending, and selling skin care products and services
Advise members and guests on the best at-home skincare regimen, which includes explaining the benefits of regular facials and our monthly Collective Membership
Provide excellent customer service to all Collective members, guests, and team members
Maintain facial collective’s studio vibe and our distinct atmosphere and culture
