I can't make it in this month for my facial. Will I lose my credit?
While a consistent skincare routine will give the best results, we absolutely understand that life will sometimes get in the way. Your monthly facial credits will roll-over for up to 90 days, so you will not lose them if you miss a month. Plus, accumulated credits can be combined & used towards larger services!
What is the cancellation policy on memberships?
We hate break-ups, but the choice is yours. Simply give a 30-day notice for any cancellations. We require cancellations to be emailed to the studio email address where you purchased your membership. This ensures proper communication for our studio!
How can I calculate my member savings?
We believe in fair and transparent pricing and rewarding those who want to commit to healthy skin! That's why our members enjoy unbeatable discounts on treatments and products. At facial collective, skin care is part of an affordable monthly wellness routine. Upon booking, you will see the member price listed for each service. Your monthly membership fee can be applied towards any treatment priced at or above your membership price. For any treatment which is priced higher than your monthly fee, you will only pay the difference on member price.
Do you have a referral program?
You're ready to introduce us to your family & friends? We're honored! When a friend or family member joins the Collective, we will gift you a $10 referral credit which you can use towards anything in the studio! Find your unique referral code in the our app to make it easy to share the love.
Do I get discounts on skincare products as a member?
Yes! As an active member, you will always get 10% OFF on any products. Healthy skin requires a solid at home skincare routine. We have curated clean, dermatologist-approved products to support you and your skin at home. Plus, receive 250 bonus loyalty points when you sign up for a membership. Earn 1,000 points and receive $50 towards skincare products.
